Return & Exchange Policy

At Undecided, we want you to love your purchase. However, we totally understand that sometimes a choice just doesn't feel right after it arrives. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we gladly accept returns under the following strict conditions:

Return Window

• 10-Day Policy: Customers have exactly 10 days from the date of receiving the item to initiate and postmark a return.

• Strict Timeline: Returns postmarked after this 10-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Item Condition Requirements

To maintain the highest quality for all our customers, your item must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

• Pristine Condition: The item must be entirely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.

• Tags Intact: The original manufacturer or store tag must remain securely connected and completely intact.

• Inspection & Rejection: Items returned with missing tags, signs of wear, stains, or odors will not be accepted. Any items that fail our quality inspection will be sent back to you at the owner's expense.

How to Initiate a Return
